Player Eligibility & Requirements

To ensure a consistent level of play, a minimum DUPR of 3.30 is required. While DUPR isn’t a perfect system, it remains the most effective way to keep this session aligned with its intended level — preventing it from shifting too far below or above the target range. We understand some players may be underrated. If you’re progressing quickly, we recommend participating in our Intermediate DUPR tournaments to further develop your rating and move into higher-level sessions.
Please note, if you join below the DUPR range mentioned a refund will not be processed, despite not being able to attend. If people have a lower DUPR, it is because they have a specific situation and have asked previously. This session is ideal for players looking to bridge the gap into advanced play while enjoying competitive, well-structured games.
